Catholic Charities is looking for a Coordinated Entry System (CES) Navigator to connect people with housing and community resources while strengthening partnerships throughout Southeast Kansas.

What You Will Do:
- Engage individuals and families experiencing homelessness and connect them to the Coordinated Entry System.
- Complete intake, assessments, referrals, and required documentation.
- Connect participants with housing, healthcare, mental health services, benefits, and other community resources.
- Coordinate with housing and service providers throughout Southeast Kansas.
- Lead case conferencing meetings and participate in regional planning efforts.
- Help ensure people with the greatest needs are prioritized for available housing opportunities.
- Build relationships with landlords and community partners to expand housing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely participant data and documentation.
- Participate in community outreach and activities such as the Point-in-Time Count as needed.
- You build strong relationships with people and community partners.
- You're compassionate, professional, and comfortable working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances.
- You're organized and can manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
- You communicate clearly, whether one-on-one, in writing, or leading a meeting.
- You're a problem solver who can connect people with the right resources.
- You're comfortable using technology and maintaining accurate information.
- Knowledge of homelessness, housing programs, Coordinated Entry, or HMIS is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in human services or relevant experience in social work or a related field.
- At least two years of professional experience in housing, social work, employment services, human services, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals and families facing economic hardship or other barriers.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Class C driver's license, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance.
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work Type: Light, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Climbing/Balancing/Freedom to Move: May be assigned to multilevel building with some floors accessible by stairs only. Minimal required to move about office. Sit about 85 percent of time.
Stooping/Bending: Minimal.
Reaching: Occasional, overhead as well as horizontal and down.
Vision: Adequate to perform essential functions.
Sitting: Up to two hours without a break (at desk, in a car).
Color vision: No particular color vision requirement.
Hearing: Frequently perceive nature of sounds by ear.
Speech: Frequently express ideas by means of spoken words.
Eye/Hand/Foot Coordination: Frequently operates equipment requiring moderate ability.
